Ian Marshall (Managing Director)
Ian has been self employed for most of the last 25 years and has worked in a number of different sectors including the construction and food industries. Ian's last stint as an employee was with The Dialog Corporation plc from 1993 through to 1999 where he acted as Managing Director of the Irish subsidiary.
Ian managed and developed a profitable business in Ireland working with many leading Financial institutions and Corporates throughout the island.
The Dialog Corporation, now owned by the Thomson Corporation of Canada, provided online access to the worlds largest repositories of online business intelligence. This information was indexed and categorised in a manner which suited ease of access.
In 1998 Ian left The Dialog Corporation plc to pursue personal business interests. Today Ian's main focus is on iNtentsystems and its associated business iNtentlearning.

Keith Dickinson (Business Development Director)
In 1989 Keith was employed by one of London’s top computer dealerships, initially as an engineer, but was quickly promoted to Service Manager. During his tenure the dealership received a number of industry awards for quality of service.
In 1991 he took a position as a consultant based in Ghana, West Africa to develop and implement the Service centre for West Africa’s first authorised Apple Computer dealership.
Moving to the UK in 1992, Keith became the Operations Manager for a computer dealership based in Cambridge, providing computer systems and service support to many of the UK top Universities. He then moved to the Netherlands and Belgium in 1993, working as a subcontractor to Apple Computer Benelux and providing senior level Technical assistance to the support centre and major clients.
In 1995 Keith was offered the position of Business Technology Manager in Levi Strauss & Co. Head Office, Brussels where he helped develop the Business and IT infrastructure for a number of core Corporate Divisions both in Europe and the US.
In 2000 he returned to Ireland and took a position at the Bank of Ireland as a Senior Business Analyst. In 2003 the newly formed iNtentsystems Ltd. offered Keith the position of Business Development Director which was duly accepted.

Ray Edge (Systems Director)
Ray is a graduate of University College London. He has worked in the IT business since 1988, and has amassed substantial experience with online database design and development on a variety of platforms, as well as web based document delivery systems and financial systems.
Ray recruited and managed a team of programmers and professional knowledge workers who built, implemented and supported a sophisticated text indexing and categorisation engine for one of the world's leading knowledge management companies.
As IT Manager, he subsequently recruited and managed the technical personnel for a newly established software development office in Dublin, Ireland, and worked on the research and development of a web-based search engine.
More recently, he worked in Switzerland as project coordinator of a large and complex Year 2000-compliance project for one of Europe's major online database providers.
Looking for a fresh challenge, Ray returned to Dublin, where he took up a position with iNtentSystems Limited as Systems Director.
